Bookings can be made for tables within our restaurant. Outside tables are not able to be reserved online and are on a first come, first served basis.
Dogs are only allowed in the hard floor bar area or our outside area. Please phone the restaurant if you wish to make a booking with a dog accompanying you to make sure there is availability.
Please select the 'RESTRICTED ACCESS' for any of your party in wheelchairs or anyone who may struggle with access as our online booking system will allocate you a table at random otherwise.
Please advise us of any dietary requirements or special requests such as highchairs in advance and also upon arrival.
Tables of up to 8 people can be booked online. For larger parties, please call the restaurant on 01623 354400 to make your enquiry as we have limited space for larger tables and a deposit may be required.
Please note we will require a valid credit/debit card number to confirm all online bookings. There will be a charge of £10.00 per person made to your card for any "no show" or cancellation of which we have no prior notice. Cancellations can be made using a link within your confirmation email.
Large party bookings require a booking fee to be paid at time of booking, which will be deducted from your bill after your meal for the booking date. A pre-order will also be required at least 7 days before the date of dining. Cancellation fees are applicable. These are detailed below:-
Cancelled more than 14 days before dining date – 100% refundable
Cancelled within 13 to 7 days before dining date – 50% refundable
Cancelled less than 7 days before dining date – Non-refundable
We may be able to do a one-time transfer of your booking to a later date to prevent you losing all or part of your booking fee subject to us being notified a minimum of 5 days’ notice and subject to availability on the new date chosen. However, if the second date was then cancelled at any point regardless of notice, no refund will be given.
Food and drinks bills should be checked at the time of dining. It is not possible to resolve any disputes or process refunds after you have paid and left.
We understand things go wrong time to time and this is why we carry out check backs during your meal. If anything is wrong, you need to notify a member of staff immediately so that we may resolve. We cannot do anything after you have eaten or consumed food or beverages as anything after this would be deemed subjective and not due to fault of the restaurant.
All menus are subject to availability & may change at any time.
All current menus are available on our website but not all items are available at all times such as sandwiches.
